Are you scared of change?

Anyone else feeling autumnal now? I'm loving the wonderful colours and the crispness in the air...

'And the sun took a step back, the leaves lulled themselves to sleep and autumn was awakened.'

-Raquel Franco

Change.

There's a lot of it about huh?

The revolving door at Number 10, coming hard on the heels of the pandemic & death of the Queen, has caused turbulence.

Halloween marks the change of seasons and is an apt reminder that change is not always sunny and easy.

Sometimes change feels downright scary.

It's OK to feel unsettled when you feel things shift around you.

I find myself recalling 'this too will pass' when I am in this place.

Change is normal.

Seasons change.

Our work changes.

Lots of people I am speaking to are feeling unsettled with changes at work.

Some are returning to work, others are leaving their job.

It is possible to navigate these changes to avoid some of the turbulence.

If that's you, I'd love to help -

I've added an extra Love Your Return to Work webinar on Dec 2nd 11.00-12.00 GMT, we will take a deep dive into navigating your return so you feel confident as you step back in.
