I know from my work in medicine, as a coach and from lived experience this can feel like a roller coaster.

I am there for the ups and the downs.

To offer a supportive non-judgemental space for you to work through what your family needs.

I am not a therapist or psychiatrist. I am a GP and Paediatrician by background but this coaching does not involve medical work.

Instead I work with you, as you navigate the diagnosis and the input from other health and education professionals.
